A three-course plated dinner for 80 guests — menu, staffing, equipment and full on-the-day logistics. Everything below is included in the price unless stated under Exclusions.
Menu & Service
Includes a private tasting session four weeks before your event, with menu adjustments for dietary requirements at no extra cost. Seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers where possible.
Every declared allergy or dietary requirement is logged against the guest list and confirmed with you ahead of the event. Plated meals for affected guests are flagged at point of service so the right plate reaches the right person, every time.
Front-of-House Staffing
Uniformed serving staff, arriving 90 minutes before guests for setup. Team includes one lead server coordinating directly with your venue or planner on timings — you don't manage the staff, we do.
Industry-standard ratio for plated dinner service, ensuring courses are served within the correct window and tables are cleared promptly between courses. Ratio increases automatically if guest count rises above 80.
Equipment, Linen & Styling
Ivory linen tablecloths and napkins, full crockery and cutlery for the plated dinner, and complete breakdown after service so your venue is left exactly as found — no separate cleaning crew needed from you.
Our team liaises directly with your venue ahead of the day to confirm kitchen access, load-in times and any site-specific requirements — you're not the go-between for two suppliers trying to coordinate a schedule.

Cancellation: deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of the event. Final numbers: guest count must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event — this is what your balance invoice is based on. Dietary changes: best efforts made for requirements notified after the tasting, but full accommodation cannot be guaranteed inside 7 days.
