Your system will need regular TR19 cleaning
Once installed, your extraction system must be cleaned at TR19-compliant intervals to stay EHO-compliant and keep your insurance valid. We already know your system — ask us about a cleaning contract.
Thank you for the opportunity to quote on this installation. Below is your itemised package — select any additional works to see your total update instantly.
Full kitchen extraction system install — supply, fabrication, electrical and commissioning, carried out entirely by our own engineers. Everything below is included in the price unless stated under Exclusions.
Extraction System
304-grade stainless steel canopy, sized and positioned to cover the full cooking line confirmed at survey. 304-grade is the commercial kitchen standard — corrosion resistant, easy to clean, built to last. Grease baffles fitted as standard.
Fan selected to overcome the static pressure resistance of the surveyed duct run. The inverter drive gives variable speed control — turn it down during quieter periods to cut noise and energy use, up to full extraction during service.
Attenuates fan noise at source. In a live trading environment, noise bleed from kitchen extraction into customer-facing space is a real concern — the silencer is specified to address this rather than relying on duct lagging alone.
Ductwork & Distribution
All ductwork fabricated in-house to the route confirmed on site survey — including all bends, transitions and sections to complete the run. Exact length confirmed on installation day; the price reflects the surveyed estimate.
A mandatory TR19 requirement — access panels must be present throughout the duct run for inspection and cleaning. Without them, the system cannot receive a TR19 certificate and your insurance may be at risk.
Isolates vibration from the fan motor so it doesn't transmit through the ductwork into the building structure, and allows minor positional tolerance during installation.
Electrical & Ancillaries
Dedicated breaker supplied and installed as part of this contract. Connection point to the incoming electrical supply confirmed on site — any works to the incoming supply itself are by others.
Everything needed to secure the canopy, ductwork and fan properly in position is included in the price — no day-one conversations about missing materials.
Commissioning & Handover
Once installed, we run the system up, verify extraction performance at the canopy face, and set the inverter to the correct operating speed. The system is left working, not just installed — TR19 certificate issued same day.
A record of the installed system — duct route, fan position, access panel locations — required for TR19 cleaning records and future maintenance. We walk you through the system before leaving: how to operate it, what to check, and your ongoing TR19 obligations.
Optional extras available alongside the core install — tick to add to your total.
All prices exclude VAT. Quote valid for 30 days from issue.
